 Job Description for Senior Business Development Executive  (CTC- 3-5 lakh)

 The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a strong passion for Pre-sales. You will be responsible for managing and growing assigned key accounts and new accounts. 

Responsibilities

  1. Bachelor's degree or at least 1 - 3 years of revenue quota-carrying experience
  2. Own the end-to-end pre-sales cycle: advance sales opportunities from qualified leads to closed revenue.
  3. Have to ensure  generate revenue as an individual contributor.
  4. Identifying technical aspect of sales and work with OEM & Distributor technical resources to setup customer POC and arrive at the final bill of materials.
  5. Assist sales team to prepare proposal and solution to win orders.
  6. Work cross-functionally to ensure full customer service and improve sell-side opportunities
  7. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  8. Technical knowledge in (Networking & Security, Datacenter, server ,storage, active directory, Video & Telepresence, Cloud migration)
  9. This role will require 50% travel and 50% office.

  

Job Description for Strategic Business Manager (CTC- 6-9lakh)

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a strong passion for Pre-sales. You will be responsible for managing and growing assigned key accounts and new accounts. 

Primary responsibilities:

  1. Bachelor's degree or at least 3 - 5 years of revenue quota-carrying experience
  2. Lead generation till closure.
  3. Fix an appointment with the client and maintain the good relationship with the client 
  4. Have to ensure  generate revenue as an individual contributor.
  5. Developing a unique approach to identify and capture new accounts.
  6. Liaising with internal and external departments like sales team, distributors and OEMs.
  7. Attending meetings, trade conferences, events as required. 
  8. Maintaining and developing an approved suppliers list. 
  9. Updating the customer regularly with order status.
  10. Follow up for delivery with the respective distributors. 
  11. MS OFFICE proficient-Quotation preparation, Invoice generation, present on remote VC
  12. Payment follow-up. Coordinating with all the departments of the organization for the smooth operation of the ranch.
  13. Help sales team by getting prices from different vendors Update company database with details of new customers.
  14. Identifying and managing potential distributors, vendors and sales agents.
  15. Monitoring and managing supplier performance.
  16. Knowledge about IT Hardware and software Products. 
  17. Should know about local market, main dealer of IT Products.
  18. Sourcing new suppliers and finding out what they have to offer. 
  19. Supporting for placing orders and monitoring delivery dates. 
  20. Sought out all the issues of clients which is related to products Niladvantage Sale.
  21. Arrange to ship the material to the client with the necessary documents (Invoice & DC) 
  22. Handling Corporate Sector. Processing all paperwork relevant to the purchasing and receipt of goods. 
  23. Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  24. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  25. Negotiating account management contracts and agreements to maximize profit or Bottom-line.
  26. Knowledge of selling software licenses from OEMs like Microsoft, TrendMicro,  VMWare, Checkpoint and Broadcom. 
  27. Knowledge of selling hardware and software from OEMs like Dell, HP, Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, DELL, Infoblox  etc 
  28. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  29. Prepare reports on account status/deal status timely and share.
  30. Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  31. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  32. To search and find out prospective customers for Niladvantage range of products like Cisco, Dell, HPE ,Checkpoint, Broadcom, Netapp, Infoblox, Veritas, and Riverbed (go throughhttps://niladvantage.com/services)
  33. Meet various IT, Purchase, Finance manager and give them presentations on Niladvantage offerings and its products.
  34. Gathering requirements and sending proposals after taking price from Disti and OEMs.
  35. To convert the contacts in the companies into prospects. Keep records of the customers and sent them mails to solve their queries regarding the product. 
  36. Finalizing the deal by negotiating with the prospects on pricing and other issues.
  37. Closing the deal by collecting the PO and payment.
  38. Should have knowledge of Bangalore territory and geography and local language.
  39. Other languages will be an added advantage like Kannada, Tamil, Telgu, Malayalam, Hindi etc.
  40. This role will require 50% travel and 50% office.
