- Bachelor's degree or at least 1 - 3 years of revenue quota-carrying experience
- Own the end-to-end pre-sales cycle: advance sales opportunities from qualified leads to closed revenue.
- Have to ensure generate revenue as an individual contributor.
- Identifying technical aspect of sales and work with OEM & Distributor technical resources to setup customer POC and arrive at the final bill of materials.
- Assist sales team to prepare proposal and solution to win orders.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure full customer service and improve sell-side opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Technical knowledge in (Networking & Security, Datacenter, server ,storage, active directory, Video & Telepresence, Cloud migration)
- This role will require 50% travel and 50% office.
Job Description for Strategic Business Manager (CTC-9-10 lakh Exp 6-10 yrs)
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a strong passion for Pre-sales. You will be responsible for managing and growing assigned key accounts and new accounts.
Primary responsibilities:
- Generate leads and drive sales from initiation to closure, ensuring individual revenue targets are met.
- Develop innovative strategies to identify and acquire new accounts, liaising with internal teams, distributors, and OEMs.
- Maintain client relationships, fix appointments, and attend relevant events and conferences.
- Manage supplier relationships, update customers on order status, and coordinate smooth delivery processes.
- Proficient in MS Office for quotation preparation, invoicing, and remote presentations.
- Support sales teams by sourcing prices from vendors, updating customer databases, and handling inquiries.
- Negotiate account management contracts to maximize profitability, track key metrics, and prepare timely reports.
- Identify growth opportunities within the territory, collaborating with sales teams for attainment.
- Present Niladvantage products to IT, Purchase, and Finance managers, converting contacts into prospects.
- Close deals through negotiations, handling paperwork, and collecting payments, while maintaining knowledge of local markets and languages.
