- Technical knowledge in (Networking & Security, Datacenter, server ,storage, active directory, Video & Telepresence, Cloud migration)
- This role will require 50% travel and 50% office.
Job Description for Strategic Business Manager (CTC- 6-9lakh)
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a strong passion for Pre-sales. You will be responsible for managing and growing assigned key accounts and new accounts.
Primary responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree or at least 3 - 5 years of revenue quota-carrying experience
- Lead generation till closure.
- Fix an appointment with the client and maintain the good relationship with the client
- Have to ensure generate revenue as an individual contributor.
- Developing a unique approach to identify and capture new accounts.
- Liaising with internal and external departments like sales team, distributors and OEMs.
- Attending meetings, trade conferences, events as required.
- Maintaining and developing an approved suppliers list.
- Updating the customer regularly with order status.
- Follow up for delivery with the respective distributors.
- MS OFFICE proficient-Quotation preparation, Invoice generation, present on remote VC
- Payment follow-up. Coordinating with all the departments of the organization for the smooth operation of the ranch.
- Help sales team by getting prices from different vendors Update company database with details of new customers.
- Identifying and managing potential distributors, vendors and sales agents.
- Monitoring and managing supplier performance.
- Knowledge about IT Hardware and software Products.
- Should know about local market, main dealer of IT Products.
- Sourcing new suppliers and finding out what they have to offer.
- Supporting for placing orders and monitoring delivery dates.

- Meet various IT, Purchase, Finance manager and give them presentations on Niladvantage offerings and its products.
- Gathering requirements and sending proposals after taking price from Disti and OEMs.
- To convert the contacts in the companies into prospects. Keep records of the customers and sent them mails to solve their queries regarding the product.
- Finalizing the deal by negotiating with the prospects on pricing and other issues.
- Closing the deal by collecting the PO and payment.
- Should have knowledge of Bangalore territory and geography and local language.
- Other languages will be an added advantage like Kannada, Tamil, Telgu, Malayalam, Hindi etc.
